Jacquies lifelong commitment to health and wellness and her passion for fitness brought her to Orangetheory Fitness. She started her career as a Registered Nurse and, after completing her Masters in Business Administration, she set out to transform the healthcare system in countries all over the world. While Jacquie has always been an avid exerciser, her passion for fitness soared to new heights following her retirement from the corporate world to spend more time with her family. During this time, she immersed herself in a wide variety of fitness activities (running, boot camps, swimming, interval training, strength and conditioning, etc). When Jacquie tried the Orangetheory Fitness workout in April 2013, she knew she had found her calling. It put an end to her search for the perfect workout and reunited her with her lifelong commitment to the science of health and wellness. She opened Orangetheory Fitness Willowbrook-Hinsdale in April 2014 followed quickly by Orangetheory Fitness La Grange in April 2015. She is thrilled to bring Orangetheory Fitness to the Western Suburbs of Chicago and loves helping everyday people be the best they can be! Jacquie lives in Hinsdale, along with her husband Tim, and daughters Madeleine and Grace.
Ian has always been interested in sports and fitness since a very young age. He began playing soccer at the age of 4 and never stopped. Over the years his passion for sports grew and he was often known for dragging his parents across many states to compete in up to 4 sports at a time. As a National Junior Olympic cross country runner, he began to really learn the ability to develop his body through proper training and exercise.
He always had the desire to be involved in health and wellness because of the numerous family and friends that Ian had lost to health issues, or had watched go through a health crisis. He also has battled numerous weight and health issues that has led him to be his best test subject. But after spending time in sales and marketing he had to make a change, and received a national personal training certification from NASM. He immediately began his personal training career.
He was inspired by the concept of Orangetheory Fitness because of his belief in proper heart rate based interval training, and his ability to reach the lives of every member that walks through the door at Orangetheory Fitness. Ian brings 8 years of training and fitness industry experience to Orangetheory, and looks forward to changing as many lives in Willowbrook-Hinsdale, La Grange, and the surrounding communities as possible for years to come. He has taken on the regional manager role for the Willowbrook-Hinsdale and La Grange studios, and has recently reached back into his first passion of training, and can be found training class in both studios weekly, with the hope of being even more involved in the lives of all the members that walk through our doors every day.
From a young age Mike has always had a passion for both sports and fitness which is what brought him to Orangetheory Fitness. Having been involved in athletics since he was in middle school, being active has always been a major part of his life. Being involved in a variety of sports in high school, Mike decided that he wanted to make his passion his career. Being mainly involved in football, Mike decided to continue on in college where he was a member of the football team, as well as majoring in Exercise and Sport Science. After graduating, Mike veered away from the fitness world and decided to take a job in sales where he gained a great amount of knowledge but overall he decided it was just not what he wanted to do. Officially deciding to follow the original path he set out to do, Mike was drawn to Orangetheory because of the proven science behind the workout. It truly emphasizes one of Mikes greatest beliefs, as long as you are willing to work for it you will reach your goals.

COACH SUPPORT

Working out in a group provides accountability and structure to help achieve fitness goals. You are more likely to get a great workout and better results from the well-rounded movements and pace direction you get in a group setting. The session motivates each other to pick up the pace and reach beyond plateaus. People who workout in groups stick to their goals more consistently than those that workout alone.
